To ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned, we schedule two consultation meetings via Zoom or Google Meet before your wedding day. The first meeting takes place after your deposit is received and allows us to discuss your vision, bar service details, cocktail selections, and event logistics. The second meeting is held approximately 15–30 days before your wedding to review all finalized details, confirm any updates or changes, and ensure everything is perfectly aligned for your special day. These consultations help us provide a seamless, stress-free experience and ensure your celebration is executed exactly as planned.

Midnight Pour Mobile Bar proudly serves weddings, private parties, corporate events, and special celebrations throughout the entire state of Missouri. Our home base is in Camdenton, Missouri, and events located within 40 miles of Camdenton are included in our standard service area. For venues located more than 40 miles away, a travel fee will be applied based on distance. We're always happy to discuss your event location and provide a transparent travel estimate during the booking process.

Because Midnight Pour Mobile Bar is a dry bar service, we do not typically offer cocktail tastings as part of our standard packages. However, tastings can be arranged upon request for a small additional fee. If you'd like to sample signature cocktails before your event, we'll work with you to schedule a tasting and provide a detailed list of the alcohol, mixers, and ingredients needed. This allows you to experience your drink selections ahead of time and make any adjustments to ensure your menu is perfect for your special day.

For weddings, corporate events, and larger celebrations, we recommend booking at least 10 months in advance to secure your date and allow ample planning time. We can accommodate bookings with as little as one week's notice, though rush fees may apply. For smaller events of 10–40 guests, bookings can often be arranged with as little as one month's notice without additional fees. Contact us as early as possible to check availability and begin planning your perfect bar experience.

Yes! Midnight Pour Mobile Bar offers a beautiful wooden bar setup available for rent, providing a stylish and functional centerpiece for your beverage service. If your event requires additional rental items, we're also happy to offer recommendations and guidance to help you create the perfect setup for your celebration.

​Midnight Pour Mobile Bar does not provide glassware as part of our services. However, we do provide plastic cups, straws, and cocktail napkins for your event. If you prefer glassware, we're happy to help point you toward local rental companies that may be able to meet your needs. Please note that if glassware is provided by the client or rented through a third party, our team is not responsible for washing, cleaning, or handling glassware after use. This allows us to focus on delivering exceptional bartending service and a seamless guest experience throughout your event.

We do not have a minimum guest count requirement for weddings and are happy to serve celebrations of all sizes. However, our wedding services have a minimum package investment of $1,000, which includes gratuity. This allows us to provide the high level of service, planning, and personalized experience that Midnight Pour Mobile Bar is known for, regardless of your guest count.
